I ordered a trial package of Equinox face serum for $4.95 and was charged $99.00 on my credit card for this. There was nothing in the initial ad that stated that I would be charged this amount after 14 days if I didn't contact them. Then I received another package for $105.00 which I did not request. I was told that they would refund $78.00 but would charge me $20.00 for restocking and $6.00 for shipping.
I want the whole amount of $204.00 refunded because I sent the product back.
Be careful with this company. They charged my credit card for the first amount on 12/13 and the second package on 12/29. I ordered the first one on 11/30 and received it on 12/8. I didn't order the second one.
