I ordered a 14 day free trial of their Equinox Day & Night Serum. I ordered the product on January 26 and I was told that I would have 14 days to review. If I didn't like it, to call within the 14 days and I would get a cancellation number, send the product back and no further product would be sent to me. What they didn't tell me is that it was 14 days from the order date NOT the day I received the product. The product was received by me on February February 1. I gave notice today only to be told it was from the day of placing the order and that my 14 days free trial had expired. I was already charged on my credit card for $99.00 plus shipping and handling. When I questioned them, they told me they are going to terminate the call and told me to do whatever I wanted to do but that I would not get my money back.
