I order my free trial for two products. Equinox & Forever Flawless with the understanding that I only paid for shipping! I did get a confirmation from Forever flawless that the product had been shipped, nothing from Equinox/sheridanenvisage. I just saw that I had been charged on March 4 $89.92 by Forever Flawless & $99 by Equinox. I immediately called Equinox and explained that I was not aware of nor authorized this. That's when I was told that there was a 14 day trial and I was supposed to call and cancel! There was no information about this with the product when I received it. The same occurred with Equinox. After contacting Forever Flawless I at least spoke to someone who I could understand and was given some of my money back (30%). Equinox was difficult. I had to search for a contact number and reached someone in India who was no help. He said I agreed to the 14 day trial and could not/would not let me talk to a supervisor or manager. Was told they were in a meeting for at least an hour! I offered to hold. Please be advised when ordering the Free trial! I now know why they won't take American express, so the charge can't be stopped. My bank has advised me to dispute the charge which I intend to do!
