I saw an ad on Google or facebook saying that this product was recommended by DR. Oz. It was supposed to be a serum for day and a cream for night. I could try it for only something like $4.95 shipping so I went ahead and ordered the trial. On or about December 8th I received the cream from Beauty and Truth from Auburn Hills Michigan but no serum. Soon after I received two viles of serum from Equinox. I tried it and neither did the job promised. I looked at the paperwork in Beauty & Truth and there was contact information and a phone number for returns... But no price on anything for the cream. I looked in the box for return information for Equinox and there was no invoice at all, no phone or email contact information - only the Baring Blvd Address - and no price - there was nothing at all enclosed except the product. I've been receiving these products in January - again, no invoice or contact information - and again in February. I want to return these products - including the "Free Trial" but there are so many of them now on the web, I didn't know where or how return the product and get my money back..
Please help.!!!
