I ordered a sample of Equinox day and night serum from Dr Ozs Facebook site. 4.95 shipping and handling on 12/17.30 day sample to see if it works. On 1/2 my debit card was charged $99.00 for more product which I have not received. I contacted the company at 877-316-1904 to stop more shipments, to get a credit, and to return product when it comes. I was told that I did authorize continued billing and product, I had 14 days o discontinue the product, and when this did not occur, they billed and shipped it to me. I need to return the product with a return authorization number, pay shipping, and a $20restocking fee and then my account will be credited $79. I will do all if this when I get the product.
