Ordered box set before Christmas for a present. When I contacted the site that I hadnt received the items in the time specified they changed their story saying that it was specified at check out that it would be a longer delivery time. After that time went by I emailed again and they said they would place a trace on it. I then had to email them again to see if they had found out any information and they responded saying my package had made it through customs and they had paid the duty. It has now been 11 weeks since I ordered my product and emailed them agan yesterday with the plans of cancelling the transactiong with Visa. When I got a "delay" message from my email provider today I got very suspicious and found the other posts on this site. I have contacted Visa and disputed the charge, they now have all my emails with them and will be reversing the charge within 30 days. If you ordered from this comapny make sure to contact your credit card company!!! Most, if not all, credit cards have insurance to protect you from these exact situations.
