I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and it is now with your local carrier. It should arrive within 3-5 working days. It will arrive with the postal system (Canadapost).

We were billed nearly $18 for taxes & duties and therefore you will not be charged anything when it is delivered.

We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience.

PURCHASE DECEMBER 8TH …. It is Now FEBRUARY 9th a Full 9 weeks LATER (even with Christmas 2 weeks).
It has been a full week since my last Email.
I would like A FULL REFUND to my Visa Card. Again I am no Longer interested in The DVD Box set order …. Last Year.
