I ordered a box set of Batman the original TV series for my husband for Christmas. I contacted them in January and was told it was coming. I contacted them again at the beginning of February and asked directly if I was being scammed. Gordon Kennedy said he was very sorry and that the post office would contact us both in 3 - 5 days. I tried to email again yesterday and it bounced back. Can't believe people rip off people like that. Good luck with your Karma dvdmoose employees.
