Purchased online through website www.dvdmoose.com DVD set of old 60's TV program.
Website very elaborate with pictures of packaging of complete tv series. Ordered for Christmas gift December 13. As of February 18 I have not yet received anything. I've emailed them constantly and they kept assuring me that I would receive my order, that it may have been lost in shipping. I asked for a refund, which they advertised that refunds would be no problem.
They emailed me that they located the shipment and they had to pay $18.00 to free it from Customs at there expense, and that it would be delivered soon, that was early February when I asked for my refund again.
I emailed them today February 18 and it looks like they blocked me out as I received an email that message could not be received. After checking on line I found that this site is nothing but a scam and I along with many others have been duped. What can we do to stop this and also get back our refund
