To whom this may concern I currently live in dogwood apartments in Appomattox va, and I have been living over here for a while now. I had a couple incidents and disturbances thats been happening over here with a tenant, and the visitor. The tenant name is ikeesha walker, and her visitor name is Dewayne Perkins. He has been living over with her for 12 years without being on the lease at all, he is a drug seller with all types of traffic in and out of the apartment all times of the night, he plays his music extremely loud over here during the day and at night, he smokes in the breezeway which is another violation. I have spoken with desirae beagle & Rhonda airs about these matters months before and recently and not yet have they done anything about this, I am sick of living this way especially with a visitor as rude and disrespectful as he is, he uses profanity outside around the kids and elderly folks, I am scared for my life when is around because I feel threaten by him, and I speak for everybody when I say that. It is stated in the lease that anyone that's not on the lease leads to eviction, and dogwood employers are not following the rules or of what the lease says. I surely hope somebody does something about this sometime soon because I'm really considering moving away from the violence and disruptions! Thanks
