Ordered a box set of Seventh Heaven on Dec 10/12. To date I have never received anything.
Emailed customer support Jan 15/13 to inquire, rec'd response from Gordon Kennedy explaining delivery time frames. Emailed Feb 14/13 as still nothing received, rec'd email "delivery delayed" message, and then on Feb 15/13 "delivery failure". Can no longer get to their website, appears to have vanished.
