I ordered a DVD Box Set of the TV shw Moonlighting for my daughter for Xmas. It went through on my Visa on December 17th. I emailed them mid-January and they emailed me back a few days later to say it was out of their hands. Be patient as I ordered it during the Xmas rush so it would take a little longer than the expected 3-5 weeks. I emailed again last week, no answer.
I tried going to their site 2 days ago and am unable to.
I will be calling Visa tomorrow to see about getting my money back.
I should have paid a little extra and got it through Amazon. Live and learn!
