I booked 2 hotel reservations for 6/10 by mistake due to my tour guide also booking the same hotel. I have called at least no lie 6 different 800#'s and explained my issues. I have also called the hotel direct in Italy, Sheraton Milan and also the Sheraton direct customer service and no one is willing to help me in having this charge that I have not used and will not be using credited off my credit card. I would like to have this resolved.
