I traveled with my wife, 2 boys and my friend, his wife and 2 boys, that's 8 of us.
Avoid Starwood Sheraton Waikiki Hotel and property.
Old property, TV did not work from first minute, entry key had to be fixed by security, elevator keys jammed, very limited room service, run down property. Even the pool ran out of towels after 10:30am!!!
We booked thru Pleasant Holidays, our deal included kids eat free with a paid adult, it was a nightmare, not one waiter even the managers were not aware of our deal, I had to go way out of my way to go to the room several times to show them the "contract", and I wasted most of my time on adjustments!
Internet was down, one week in Hell!
Go to the Westin, it seems a nicer property even though its owned by Starwood!
Save your money and Avoid Starwood Sheraton Waikiki Hotel and property in HI, Starwood Sheraton Waikiki Hotel and property is a scam and very rude employees and managers, not a hospitality business you should experience, simply HORRIBLE.
