I also ordered a DVD box set (DVD Tiger) and my credit card was charged on Dec 13-12. I followed up Feb 1st and received an email from Customer Svce Mgr (Gordon Kennedy), saying that he would look after this and I'd hear from the Post Office within 3 days. I never heard from him or Canada Post and now their web site and email is closed down. I've contacted my bank who will reverse the charges with their bank.
