Ordered 2 box sets in mid December - Twilight Zone and Outer Limits. Same scenario as other complaints. Followed up numerous times by e-mail and was messaged by Gordon Kennedy (Customer Service Manager) that the shipment was stuck in Customs, then they paid to have it cleared, so on it's way by Canada Post and should receive in 5-10 working days. Now there is no response to e-mails and the website is not working. It has now been 60 days since the initial order which clearly has disappeared into the Twilight Zone!
