I didn't actually talk with Gordon Kennedy. All of our communications were by E-Mail. He was very nice at first; offering to resend my order when the first one wasn't received but after more time had gone by, I wasn't going to wait any longer so I contacted my credit card company and had them reverse the charge and credit my account. I then sent Gordon an E-Mail notifying him what I did. He turned belligerent and adversarial and the communications stopped.
