My story is the same as the other 158 folks. I thought I was calling an Apple support phone number and they said it would be $99 for 3 months of iphone and laptop support. After 4 hours on the phone with a tech, he could not find the program he had downloaded onto my laptop. I went to Apple and they had no record of me. I then looked more closely at my bank statement and saw that the charge was from Mytechhelp and was labeled "recurring". They had said NOTHING about recurring charges during the phone conversation. When I just called to ask about it and get my money back, they said they would stop the recurring charges, but it would cost me $89 for a one year plan and the manager was in a meeting! I also sent Google an email about this so they would stop running ads by this company. Do we write the Florida attorney general to stop these fraudulent people?
