Like the other complaints, I looked up Apple support and dialed what I thought was an Apple phone number. I believe they answer "Apple Support" or I would have known it was the incorrect number. Took me through many steps and said I had malware and I bought the 2 year service.
Feeling suspicious today, I call apple support from the apple website and they did not know of them. Of course with apple support, I got my problem fixed. Will be disputing the charge and spreading the word!
