Complaint / review text:
I initially called apple for a broken iphone and for some reason, thinking that I was talking to an Iphone Customer support, it was MyTechHelp. They said I can have my iphone repaired for $199.99 with a 1 year warranty for all my apple products, since I have an iMac, Macbook, iPad and my iPhone,
I was like it's a great deal, they sent me a label for fedex on my email and told me to send it to them asap, called couple of day later, they said they have the phone and will call me as soon as they diagnose it. 3 days later. No call, so I called apple and they said they don't have a record, been switching calls between apple and MyTechHelp, they could not find any info or repair status so I was starting to doubt that it's fraud..
Called them MyTechHelp again and ALL their CS always put you on hold until you run out of patience and hang up (30 mins).. And if you press their option for their customer service,
it will forward you to apple, I definitely think that Apple needs to do something about this, and I definitely do not know why they got my call even if I called Apple. I need my money back and will do everything I can for this to stop. A waste of my time!!
