Over the Holiday my Iphone upgrade locked my phone up and made it unusable. My phone provider said it was an apple issue and to call this number for tech support. When I called I was told they could fix it over the phone and internet the same day but I had to committ to at least a two year plan that would split into 2 payments. I worked for 3 hours with the tech support who after the 4th fix did not work just left the conversation. 6 more times I called in and was routed to the wrong number and given a recording or sat on hold and then the call was dropped. No one ever called me back and never recieved a confirmation to the e-mail I gave them. I ended up driving to an apple store (1.5 hours away) to get fixed. Saw that my credit card was in fact being charged and called to notify them that they did provide any value (exactly the opposite) and that I should not be charged for this amount. She very promptly told me that my account is not elligible for a refund and that I needed to have my bank call, oh and by the way, we e-mailed your reciept to a g-mail account (I dont' have an g-mail account) that supposedly I gave them and I supposedly agreed to 3 installments of 99.99!!!??? Worst company I have ever dealt with, it's a complete scam.
