Apple has an emerging problem with backing up devices to the ICloud. I called My Tech Help believing I was calling Apple. I spent 20 minutes on hold, spent time explaining the issue. The company wanted to charge me $79 for IPhone tech support and told me that Apple would charge me $99 despite the fact that the problem is not with my IPhone! The assistant manager kept trying to sell me on paying for their service and even told me that Apple wouldn't help me unless I paid for tech support. The assistant manager said they were getting "hundreds" of calls a day about the same issue and callers had to pay for help resolving the issue. I passed on her very generous offer and called Apple directly. The tech I spoke to was knowledgeable and did not charge me for the support. My Tech Help has a culture of dishonesty and sales scams. Karma will come their way.
