I ordered products from a link sent on an email that advertised this product and paid for weight loss nuvagenic products by credit card. They sent an email with a package protection code and tollfree contact number. I have phoned this number several times to be told the package left on the 8th Jan and after it reaches South Africa is given a different tracking number that they cannot trace after that.
It is now the 14th Feb and still no slip that my products have arrived. I sent several emails to the support email and no one has come back to me - the lady at the toll free number keeps saying she will report the complaint but refuses to give any contact details for nuvagenic. I feel this may be a? How do I retrieve my money?
