I orderded a compete dvd collection of Hill Street Blues in December and was told I would receive the set in 2 to 4 weeks as of today I have not received my order. On 1/4 I was told the order was shipped direct via international air mail, and would be delivered USPS, which did not offer a tracking number however is fully insured. On 1/23, I was informed by Kevin Williams customer support manager, my order #12954 was held up by customs but would arive within 3 to 5 days. On 2/6, I went on Tiger site for help about my order and found my order was tracking. Today I went on DVD Tiger.com and cannot get on site...
