Ordered the complete dvd series of Rifleman on December 23 and still have not received it. Emailed them January 24 and received an email from Kevin Williams 'Customer Support Manager' on January 26 which said and I quote "Your order has been processed, prepared, packaged and shipped. Your order was shipped via Small Packet Air Mail which does not offer a tracking #. As stated on the website, during checkout and in your order confirmation email, orders take 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Your order was placed December 23 (just over 4 weeks ago) and should arrive any day now. The item is shipped from Canada and will arrive via postal system (USPS). All taxes & duties are paid by us and therefore you will not have any additional charges. NOTE: There might be a slight delay in the delivery timeframe due to the holidays/New Year. Please allow an extra 2-3 days just to be safe. Your order is on the way and will arrive shortly. If, for some reason, you do not receive it in the next 3-4 days, please contact us again and we will put an internal trace on the package. Thank you for your patience and cooperation! Well since then I've tried to contact them numerous times but never get a reply. I am very frustrated with this company and prevents me from ordering online now because I'm scared this will happen again. Hope you can help me with this situation. Thank you.
