Back in December I was shopping on line for a boxed set of dvd's for "Mama's Family." They appeared to have what I wanted so I ordered product.
I received an email with no date stating that order had shipped. Order #12959. There was no tracking number provided and supposedly order was being shipped via USPS.
On February 1st, I still had not received order. Then an email came on February 2nd apologizing profusely, they're going to request full tracking of order from USPS... Give them 3-5 days.
Well, still no delivery. I sent an email to followup and it has been bouncing back ever since. Their website no longer exists.
