I ordered Hill Street Blues DVD box set. Web site said 2-4 weeks for delivery. I requested update. They said "Your order has been processed and shipped. Orders take 3-6 weeks to get there. The completed status on our website means its been shipped. It will come with the postal system and is fully insured. The service is reliable but there is no tracking."

After 6 weeks they said "I just spoke with our customs broker. They have cleared your package and its now with your local carrier. It should be there within a week. We were billed almost $18 for taxes and duties and you will not be charged anything when its delivered."

Then they said "I'm sorry for the delays and issues. We have let our supplier know and will have your order reshipped. We will have it mailed express."

Still no DVDs so I asked for my money back on the "fully insured" goods. They have stopped replying to my emails.

My last email said "Hey, guess what, still no DVDs after 3 months and no response to my last email and no refund.

Are you guys just a rip-off or what?"

They have not replied.
