Called and ordered service on 20 Jan and was waiting on a modem to get sent to me. Called them on Feb 1st to ask where my modem was and they said it was on backorder. No big deal so I waited. Today Feb 7th I recieved a email stating that my payment was not accepted because they had incomplete bank account info? Anyway now they want to tack on a $12.00 late fee on top a month of service charge and a modem charge/setup fee which I never received a modem and they never provided me service of any kind.
They are a total scam. Beware!
