I went on line Wednesday February 28 looking for a comcast deal on High speed internet, upon speaking with a representative back and forth, they sent my credit card information to this broadbandoffers.com for a modem< i told them that I never ordered a modem I already have a modem.

Well when I spoke with comcast they told me that they had nothing to do with this broadband internet service I would have to speak to them. I emailed them ten minutes later to inform them that i didn't need a modem cause I already had one, They told me that they couldn't cancel the order cause ti had already been processed, how do you process something that I never order?

Well they also told me that the order had been shipped immediately and when I got the order to send the modem back less 9.00 shipping charge, well the modem naver left the place until 3:45 the following day, so why you couldn't cancel the order before you shipped out the modem when I told you I never ordered it, I had to have my bank card shut down and order another one, they still charged my account for this modem that I never ordered.

Why should I pay shipping for something I never ordered? And how easy would it have been to cancel this when I told you that I never ordered it. I've had a modem since August.
