In march I was sent a letter by an attorney name Allan P Feigelson threatening of foreclosure on behalf of BOA home loans and servicing. I did a validation process that that they never rightly responded to. So to make a the story short as today they are still threatening to foreclose. I spoke to a shawndell Adams in regard to the alleged loan and was told that they were a third party debt collector as well. Also was sent a letter that they didn't own the note or even have possession I did a debt validation with them as well and no true valid response as it is my right under RESPA and FDCPA. They are still threatening to foreclose on me and my family. I was told as of now the foreclosure is close at the attorney office til further notice from the back. This is there 4th or 5th attempt
To foreclose with no valid proof, no proper chain of title and nothing showing that they are holder in due course. Thank you for allowing me to file my complaint but it won't stop here! I will do all I can to keep my family in there home!
