I was installed for new service the first part of July. I was charged $120.00 for a wireless modem that the installer did not install. I called Windstream and asked them to remove the charge. They said the package I am on requires I pay for the modem and they would send one right out. That was 3 weeks ago and they still have not sent the modem. Also they left the phone line laying on the ground. They have not been back to bury it yet.
