I purchased a wig from this company. Didn't wear it, just opened it. Packaged it back up with original tags still on and returned because it was too long for me. VogueWig refused to return 100% of my money because the wig wan't attached to plastic fastening. I think this is ridiculous because there is no way to look at the wig unless you cut the plastic fastening off. Once you cut it off you can't put it back on. They said I incurred a 50% fee. I think this company is taking advantage of their customers with this policy. I would like 100% of my money returned.
The return policy on the receipt says: Customer satisfication is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund the item. Please ship the itme back with this form within 14 days or receipt.
