I ordered a wifi modem from clear internet on 9-1-12, and according to their web site, if you order on line, and not with an agent you would get an instant $100.00 off of the modem. So that's what I did I ordered on line, and when I submitted the order, the total was for $4.11 later on I got an email from clear stating that they charged my debit card $114.00, I immeditly called clear to cancell my order, and told them not to charge my debit card. Well they took the money anyway, and still sent me the modem, I have been on the phone with these every since the 1st trying to get my money back, and telling them not to send the modem. Well the modem still came and I had to send it back!!! I am very angry about this and just want my money back!!! They should have never charged my account to begin with since I cancelled the service right away, This is VERY FRUSTRATING!!! And their web site had false advertising!!!
