I have received at least 13 calls from this number stating that I owe them $300.00 from a supposed payday loan from US Cash that they say was not paid. They had my bank name but nothing more. They told me that I could be brought up on federal charges of theft by deception and two other charges. The people that called were foreign. When they called today I told them that under the FDPA that they were no longer allowed to call my work and that I had been in contact with the Attorney General's office. They gave me a date that this loan was suppose to have not cleared through my bank. I went back through my statements and there is no record of them.
