Omg! UsFastCash took my finance charges 3 times even though I sent documentation that told them to get all of their money on my pay date!

I requested $200 and the finance charge was $60. They emailed a form for me to sign and fax: initial if you want to renew the loan or initial if you want the principal and finance charge taken out on the due date. I choose take the principal and finance charge and faxed it back within 5 minutes.

On the due date, they took $200 out of my bank account. I called to tell them I sent the form requesting that they get all of their money. I was told "we did not receive the fax". I told the rep that I was looking at the fax, gave her the date and time I faxed it, etc. I was then told, "Oh, you are supposed to call us and let us know you faxed it." I said, "I do not see that in writing on this form, nor on your website."

The rep told me they would take the $60 out on my next pay date. I told her no, take it out today like you were supposed to, because bascially, they were going to get my $120 total in finance charges. I asked to speak to her supervisor, but was told she was busy, leave a number and she would return my call.

I told them that I will contact my lawyer because they made the mistake. I informed them that I know they are a predatory lending company; people get the laon when they are "desperate", therefore, I can't afford for them to take $60 out of my account twice. She had me hold, got back on the phone and said that she spoke with her supervisor, and they are emailing a form that I was to fax before the end of the busy day, stating that they would take the $60 finance charge once, since I paid the principal charge of $200.

I faxed that form back within 15 min. Lo, and behold, they $60 was not withdrawn.instead, on my next payday, they took the the interest twice.

I emailed them and called them immediately and told them of their mistake, again, and that I now would have to report them to the Missouri Attorney General.

The rep than told me, "Oh, just fax us a copy of your bank statement that shows the payment cleared, and we will return your money." I faxed it, nothing happened for 3 days.

I called back, asked if the fax was received, was told no. I asked for the correct fax number, just in case I made a mistake, sent the bank statement, and I finally was refunded my money. I requested the initial loan in mid-June. I did not get everything "settled" until early-August!
