Payday Loan Yes
They continued to harrass me, stating that I owe them money, and that a check bounced. It did not Murray Utah

On February 3, Payday Loan Yes took out of my account $350.00 and $105.00.
The $350.00 and $105.00, was Payment IN FULL.

On March 3rd, I noticed, that Payday Loan Yes took out $350.00 and $30.00.
Per Payday Loan Yes, it was for check that bounced.

The utterly refused to accept the OFFICIAL Bank Statements and I was yelled at. I got my money back, with the assistance from my bank.

Then in May 8, they started harassing me again. I called them and faxed them the official bank statements. I got a called back from a supposed to be "Accountant" and was YELLED at, that these where not official bank statements. Went to my bank and got the exact same thing.

In May, I have gotten 4 e-mails from them, wanting to settle. There is nothing to settle, and they are causing GREAT harm to myself, hence chest pains and such.

We must receive this via Western Union or via your Visa/MasterCard debit/credit card.

We are willing to work with you but only if you take the next step and contact our office either by replying to this email or by calling us at 800-666-8107.
