I am usually a pizza hut customer, decided to try dominos for a change and had the most horrible experience ever. I spent $50.00 on a order that I placed at 9:27 and did not recieve until 10:27. When called into the manager Melissa, she informed me that I could send it all back and they would remake it, but I would wait the same amount of time cause they were short of people. The food was very unsatisfactory. The pasta was overcooked, hard and stuck to the pan, the cheesebread was burnt around the edges. The food was cold. When I called back to Melissa because I clearly was not satisfied, she told me she would credit me on the items I was unhappy with. Obviously I am unhappy with the whole experience and really don't think I'd like to repeat it. So you can take the credit for me and give it to Melissa and maybe she can learn some customer services!
