To whom it may concern-
I WAS a loyal customer until our "home" Dominos switched from the Dale City Dominos location to store #4311 on Jefferson Davis Hwy who by far has the worst customer service by far and I plan to share that with as many people I come into contact with. 3 weeks ago (after a 57minute delivery wait) we ordered a larger pepperoni and cheese pizza with cheesebread and extra marinara (which we were charged for... Of course) only to be let down when we open our pizza and its full of onions and oh wait... The marinara we were charged for... We received absolutely NONE!
So my husband decides to call and notify the store of this mix up/mistake and was informed that they can deliver the correct pizza in an hour (may I remind you we waited an hour for the incorrect pizza) or they will guarabtee a free large pizza on our next order. We agreed on the latter. Lo and behold a week ago we were in the mood for pizza, I call store #4311 only to listen to a recording for literally 40minutes... Lets just say we didn't have pizza that night!!!
Yet again... Our loyalty overrides our horrible experience and we try for the LAST time to order dominos only to be told that so-called credited pizza wasn't recorded or noted therefore we can call back in an hour or 2 and speak to the manager who by the way wasn't available!!! I respectfully told the gentlemen thank you for his time an hung up the phone in disgust...
