Domino's Pizza, Inc. is a public company: it files annual and quarterly reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under Commission File Number 001-32242, most recently a quarterly report on Form 10-Q filed October 13, 2026, and its stock trades on The Nasdaq Stock Market under DPZ. The address and phone number on its SEC filings match its corporate Contact Us page: 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48105, +1 734 930 3030. The customer support page linked from that Contact Us page is hosted on a third-party domain (contactus.myastutesolutions.com), and its email form on another (econsumeraffairs.com); opening them from the link on biz.dominos.com is the simplest way to be sure you are using Domino's own support route. A store may be owned by a franchisee, so the business that served you can differ from the company that runs the Domino's brand.

Most Domino's problems start at one store: a late or missing delivery, a wrong order, food quality or a charge you dispute. Domino's says that about 99% of its stores worldwide are owned and operated by independent franchisees (10-K for fiscal 2025), and it reported 7,070 U.S. franchise stores and 187 U.S. company-owned stores as of September 6, 2026 (third-quarter 2026 earnings release).

So the store that handled your order is usually run by an independent franchise owner, not by Domino's Pizza, Inc.
Step 1: the store. Domino's customer support page says: 'If you need immediate assistance regarding an order placed with your local store, please reach out to them for help.' Call or visit the store that made the order while the problem is fresh, and have the order number, the time and the amount charged at hand.

If you ordered through Uber Eats, you paid Uber, so also use the help option in the Uber Eats app.
Step 2: Domino's customer support. If the store does not fix it, use the customer support page linked from Domino's corporate Contact Us page (biz.dominos.com/contact-us). It offers Dot, the customer support bot, and an email form. The form asks for a category (for example Concern, Domino's Rewards, Website/App Errors or Gift Card Concerns), whether the matter involves a store and whether you already contacted it, the store number, address and phone, how you ordered and how you received the order, and lets you attach up to three photos. The number on the Contact Us page, +1 734 930 3030 at the World Resource Center in Ann Arbor, is listed for corporate inquiries; for a refund or a problem with a specific order, Domino's points customers to the store and the support form.
Step 3: your card issuer. If you paid by credit card for food that never arrived or were charged twice, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer. Under the federal Fair Credit Billing Act, a written billing-error dispute must reach the issuer, at the billing-error address shown on your statement (not the payment address), within 60 days after it sent the first statement showing the charge.
More detailShow less
Many issuers also take disputes online or by phone, but the federal billing-error protections attach to the written notice, so send one as well. Debit card and app-wallet disputes follow your bank's or the wallet's own rules, so contact them quickly. Keep the order confirmation, screenshots of the tracker and any messages with the store.
Step 4: outside agencies. You can file a complaint with the consumer protection office of your state attorney general, with BBB, and with the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Food-safety problems, such as undercooked food or illness after a meal, go to your city or county health department, which inspects restaurants.

For pay, tips or hours at a Domino's store, the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division takes confidential complaints at 1-866-487-9243, and many states have their own labor department.
Legal proceedings: 10-K statement, one ADA case and franchisee matters
10-K statement. Item 3 of the fiscal 2025 10-K says Domino's is 'a party to lawsuits, revenue agent reviews by taxing authorities and administrative proceedings in the ordinary course of business which include, without limitation, workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile and franchisee claims,' adds 'We are also subject to suits related to employment practices' and says it may occasionally be party to large claims, including class action suits. It also says it does not believe these matters, individually or in the aggregate, 'will have a material adverse effect on the business or financial condition of the Company' (company statement).
Robles v. Domino's Pizza, LLC (website and app accessibility). A blind customer, Guillermo Robles, sued under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, alleging that Domino's website and mobile app were not fully accessible. On January 15, 2019 the Ninth Circuit (No. 17-55504) reversed the district court's dismissal, holding that the ADA applies to the website and app because they connect customers to the goods and services of Domino's physical restaurants. The Supreme Court denied Domino's petition for a writ of certiorari on October 7, 2019 (No. 18-1539). Back in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California (No. 2:16-cv-06599), Judge Jesus Bernal on June 23, 2021 granted Robles summary judgment on the website claim, ordered Domino's to bring its website into conformance with the WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines and awarded $4,000 in damages under the Unruh Act; the app claim was not decided at that stage. The parties filed a joint notice of settlement on June 6, 2022, and on June 21, 2022 the court dismissed the case with prejudice on their joint stipulation. The settlement terms were not made public.

Franchisee matters (allegations, not findings against Domino's Pizza, Inc.). San Francisco fee class action. Hayden Miller, et al. v. Asi Foods Inc., et al. (San Francisco Superior Court No. CGC-25-630503) concerns four Domino's franchise stores in San Francisco operated by the defendants: 3116 Noriega Street, 320 Bayshore Blvd., 5200 Geary Blvd. and 728 Geary Street. The plaintiffs allege the defendants charged customers a six percent fee tied to the city's Health Care Security Ordinance but described it as a tax, in violation of California law; the defendants deny any wrongdoing and any liability. The court has granted preliminary approval of a settlement. Proposed terms: a voucher worth 75 percent of the fee paid, usable at those four stores and sent automatically to class members with a valid email address, or a cash payment of 50 percent for those who file a timely claim, for fees paid between December 4, 2023 and August 12, 2026. The exclusion and objection deadline was October 24, 2026. Cash claims must be submitted by November 8, 2026 through the official settlement website, asifoodssettlement.com, and the final fairness hearing is set for December 18, 2026. According to the settlement website, the defendants stopped passing the fee on to customers in January 2026. The defendants are the franchise operators, not Domino's Pizza, Inc.
Florida wage investigation of a franchisee (2012). A U.S. Department of Labor release dated October 23, 2012 says PDQ Pizza, a Domino's franchisee with 19 locations, paid 401 employees $371,675 in back wages after a Wage and Hour Division investigation that found violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act's overtime, minimum wage and record-keeping provisions. The release is about the franchisee.
New York Attorney General petition (2016). On May 23, 2016 the New York Attorney General filed a verified petition in New York County Supreme Court (People v. Domino's Pizza, Inc., Index No. 450627/2016) alleging that three Domino's franchisees operating stores in New York underpaid delivery workers in violation of the New York Labor Law. It also names Domino's Pizza, Inc., Domino's Pizza LLC and Domino's Pizza Franchising LLC as respondents, alleging that they are liable as joint employers and that Domino's store software under-calculated wages. These are the Attorney General's allegations. The court issued written decisions in the case on May 27, 2020 and January 5, 2021 (2020 NY Slip Op 31615(U) and 2021 NY Slip Op 30015(U)); this page does not report any court finding of liability against Domino's Pizza, Inc.

Who Domino's is: legal entity, franchise model and size
Legal entity. Domino's Pizza, Inc. is a Delaware corporation at 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Drive, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Its 10-K says it operates through its wholly-owned subsidiary Domino's, Inc. and that subsidiary's wholly-owned subsidiary Domino's Pizza LLC; its common stock trades on The Nasdaq Stock Market under the symbol DPZ.
Franchisor and franchisees. The 10-K says: 'We are primarily a franchisor, with approximately 99% of Domino's global stores owned and operated by our independent franchisees as of December 28, 2025,' and that franchising lets a franchisee 'maintain control over all employment-related matters and pricing decisions.' It also notes regulatory and legislative efforts to treat franchisors as joint employers of their franchisees' employees. In practice, the business that took your order, set the local price and employs the store staff is usually an independent franchise owner, while Domino's Pizza, Inc. runs the brand and the Domino's ordering website and app, and sells food and supplies to franchised stores through its supply chain centers in the U.S. and Canada.

Size. The fiscal 2025 10-K counted 6,924 U.S. franchise stores and 262 U.S. company-owned stores (7,186 in total) as of December 28, 2025, and more than 22,100 locations in over 90 markets worldwide. The release attributes lower U.S. company-owned store revenues to 'the refranchising of certain U.S. Company-owned store markets in the second quarter of 2026' (company statement).
History (company statement). The company says it has sold food since 1960, became Domino's Pizza in 1965 and opened its first franchised store in 1967.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I file a complaint with Domino's?
Start with the store that handled your order: Domino's customer support page says to reach out to your local store for immediate help with an order. If that does not work, use the customer support page linked from biz.dominos.com/contact-us, which offers Dot, the customer support bot, and an email form that asks for the store number and lets you attach photos. The corporate number listed on the Contact Us page, +1 734 930 3030 (World Resource Center, Ann Arbor), is for corporate inquiries rather than individual orders.
How do I find the phone number of my local Domino's?
Each Domino's store has its own page in the store directory at pizza.dominos.com, which lists the store's address, phone number and opening hours. The corporate number on Domino's Contact Us page, (734) 930-3030, is listed for corporate inquiries, so for an order use the number of the store that made it.
Does Domino's Pizza, Inc. run the store that delivered my order?
Usually not directly. The fiscal 2025 10-K says approximately 99% of Domino's global stores were owned and operated by independent franchisees as of December 28, 2025, and the third-quarter 2026 release lists 187 U.S. company-owned and 7,070 U.S. franchise stores as of September 6, 2026. So the store that made your order is most likely run by an independent franchise owner, which is why a problem with an order is best raised with that store first.
What can I do if I paid for an order that never arrived?
Call the store first: Domino's customer support page says to contact your local store for immediate help with an order. If the store does not refund or replace it, send the details through Domino's customer support email form, with the store number and order details. If you paid by credit card, you can dispute the charge with your card issuer; under the Fair Credit Billing Act a written dispute must reach the issuer's billing-error address within 60 days after it sent the first statement showing the charge. For an Uber Eats order, ask Uber Eats for the refund, since you paid Uber.
What does BBB show for Domino's?
The BBB profile for Domino's Pizza in Ann Arbor, MI is not BBB Accredited and has a BBB Rating of F, which BBB attributes to 15 complaints the business did not respond to and 21 that were not resolved. It lists 165 complaints in the last 3 years, 22 of them in the last 12 months, and an average of 1.2 out of 5 from 10 customer reviews. BBB says the profile includes complaints for the headquarters and corporate-owned locations.
What does Trustpilot show for Domino's?
The Trustpilot profile for www.dominos.com, which Domino's has not claimed, shows a TrustScore of 1.7 out of 5 from 2,729 reviews.
What was Robles v. Domino's Pizza about?
A blind customer, Guillermo Robles, alleged that Domino's website and app could not be used with a screen reader, in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Ninth Circuit ruled on January 15, 2019 that the ADA covers them, and the Supreme Court declined Domino's appeal on October 7, 2019. On June 23, 2021 the district court granted Robles summary judgment on the website claim. The parties then settled, and on June 21, 2022 the court dismissed the case with prejudice; the terms were not made public.
Where can a Domino's employee report unpaid wages?
The U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division takes complaints about minimum wage, overtime and other federal wage rules at 1-866-487-9243 (1-866-4-US-WAGE). Its page says complaints are confidential and that an employer cannot retaliate against a worker for filing one or for cooperating with an investigation. Your state labor department can also take wage claims under state law. Most Domino's stores are franchises, and the 10-K says franchising lets the owner 'maintain control over all employment-related matters' (company statement), so the employer named in the complaint is usually the franchise company shown on your pay stub or W-2.
What is the San Francisco Domino's franchise fee settlement?
The official settlement website for Hayden Miller, et al. v. Asi Foods Inc., et al. (San Francisco Superior Court No. CGC-25-630503) says the class action concerns a six percent fee that four Domino's franchise stores in San Francisco collected for the city's Health Care Security Ordinance and allegedly labeled a tax. The defendants deny wrongdoing. The court has granted preliminary approval. California residents who paid the fee between December 4, 2023 and August 12, 2026 at 3116 Noriega Street, 320 Bayshore Blvd., 5200 Geary Blvd. or 728 Geary Street receive a voucher for 75 percent of the fee, or can claim cash of 50 percent by November 8, 2026 on the settlement website, asifoodssettlement.com. The final fairness hearing is set for December 18, 2026.
