On Monday December 28, my husband and I ordered a three-topping pizza on-line at 6:54 P.M., which is considered a special deal. When we arrived to Dominos at 60c Main Street, South Bound Brook, NJ at 7:23 P.M., we were told by the young lady at the counter that a fellow Dominos's delivery person mistakenly took our pizza out for delivery but they would be more than happy to make us another pizza. He then said that the delivery person is on his way back to return our pizza that he mistakenly taken for delivery. BULLSHIT! My husband explained to the Manager or whoever this person in charge was, that we but no means will accept this pizza that went outside the Dominos franchise, This is a Department of Health violation for any food establishment. Once the food product leaves the restaurant or franchise, it is not to be accepted because heaven knows what happens after it is out on the streets. After my husband explained we will not accept this returned pizza, this arrogant piece of shit said he will make us a brand new pizza, but never once during this discussion, did he even attempt on preparing a fresh new pizza. He then went on a rampage arguing with my husband and told both him and me "TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE AND NEVER COME BACK" Not only would we ever return to this particular store, but we would never again patronize any Dominos franchise whether it be in New Jersey or any other state. We already informed all our families, friend, co-workers, church congregation and neighbors. This is not how you treat loyal customers. Horrible Horrible Dominos pizza at this location.
