I have been on the phone for a week, spoken with 5 different individuals and still Fed Exp has not gotten it correct. I'm receiving a package and requested a SPECIFIC delivery date. They tried to deliver the package 1 week before that requested date. I called them again, and again requested the specific date, which they assured me they had in their computer. Again the very next day after my call the package was on the truck to be delivered. I called them again to try and find out why they keep trying to deliver before the requested date if it was in their computer?!? I never get a straight, or friendly answer - they all act like its my problem.
