Time Warner Cable requires Internet customers to accept their privacy and user agreements, download their toolbar, and get an e-mail address, but they don't tell potential customers until they've already paid for their packages. I talked to a rep at TWC, and he pointed out it is on their website in a video in a location that only current customers would visit, not prospective customers. This is deceptive! When brought to their attention, they refuse to do anything.
