Time Warner Cable Consumer Complaint - TIME WARNER CABLE

I called TWC Chinese customer service today, and finally I got my answer. I am lucky one I have to say. SHE (customer representative) is not friendly at all. I can understand everyone is busy, BUT this not the way to treat any customer. I have to say, get someone else who can really help customers!!
