Consumer Report

Ordered a complete set of Bonanza from the web site at DVDGATOR.com. Set a question prior to the order asking if the background music was the original soundtrack or the generic western music that was placed on the dvds by some other companies. Was assured by email that the music was original. Sent the required credit card info and was sent an e-mail that stated the order was complete and it has been shipped. The email stated it took 2-3 weeks for delivery. When 24 days elapsed, I sent another email asking what happened and was sent an email that stated it actually took 3-4 weeks, although the shipper was not identified. When 29 or 30 days elapsed, I sent another email that asked what happened. I was advised that they were checking with the shipper, and this time they stated it was by the post office. The post office, (either Post Canada or USPS was to contact both of us with information on the order. Of course this did not happen. On 01-23-13, I received an email in response to the information and was advised by one "Gordon" that they had paid $18.00 in customs and taxes, and it should be arriving within the next 3-5 days, and I would have to sign for it. Well the days have expired and I have not seen the package, and the Post Office has no record of a package for my address. The charge against my credit account for $129.00 was processed with the next five days of the placing of the original order on about 12-13-12
