Ordered DVDs on 12/7 with 2-3 weeks delivery period. On 1/2 sent them e-mail as order not recd and response was that it would be another 1-3 weeks for delivery and no tracking no. Avail. On 1/18 nothing recd and another e-mail to company. Return response said they would trace and USPS would contact both of us in 3-5 days. On 1/31 still no response and no order and off goes another e-mail. Repns was they cleared the pkg with their customs broker and it would be another 3-5 days for delivery and it had cost them $18 for taxes & duties for which I would not be charged. On 2/21 still no dvds and post office had no record of attempted deliveries to my address. Off went another e-mail and have not received a response. Also filed complaint with my credit card company and they are filing a request for refund??
