I paid $90 for the complete set of The Practice dvds. The DVD Kangaroo site looked professional and genuine. I placed an order on 7 December and received an order confirmation via email on 13 December.

After five weeks, my order hadn't arrived and I emailed an inquiry. DVD Kangaroo Manager Gordon Kennedy replied promptly and said orders took five weeks but I needed to wait four to five more business days because of public holidays over the Christmas period. He said package tracking wasn't possible because of economy postage.

I waited two more weeks and emailed again. Gordon Kennedy replied and said he could track the package but it would take three to five business days. After five days, he emailed that their customs agent had just advised him the package had cleared US customs and was with Australia Post. He said his company had to pay $18 in taxes for the package to clear but I wouldn't be charged.

The next day, he emailed me that the package was either lost or the order wasn't processed and he would resend it fast tracked. Three weeks later, still no package and my email inquiry bounced back.
