Failed to send goods purchased and tried to blame USPS and Australia Post. New York

[Customer from Australia]

In August I placed an order for two pairs of pants and a belt with armynavydeals.com. I received an email soon after stating that the pants were not avaliable in the size I had ordered and did I want a refund or would I like another pair? I asked what they had in stock in my size and when I received this information I placed an order via email for the pants that were avaliable in my size.

I also asked to purchase two more pairs of pants (exactly the same style, just a different colour) and paid for the extra two pairs with paypal (just as with my original order). I sent a copy of the paypal receipt to Genevieve at armynavydeals.com and received a reply email stating that my products had been sent and giving me an order number.

3 weeks later I received a parcel notification (in Australia - where I live). I go to the post office to pick up my parcel only to find that I have been sent a small parcel, the size of an A5 envelope containing nothing else except the belt I purchased. The shipping information and receipt attached clearly stated that I had ordered 4 pairs of pants as well, however they were not sent. The envelope was not tampered with in any way and it would have been impossible to fit even one pair of pants in such a small envelope - let alone four!

I contacted armynavydeals.com by email, only to be told that it must be the fault of USPS or Australia Post - despite the fact that I pointed out it would have been impossible for them to have shipped the products in such a small envelope. Eventually, after emails back and forth I was told that they had filed a complaint with USPS and that someone from either USPS or Australia Post would contact me within the next month.

I waited approx 25 days as told by armynavydeals.com and emailed them recently to ask what was happening as I still hadn't been contacted by anyone - not armynavydeals, not USPS, not Australia Post.

Armynavydeals.com replied and told me it was clearly a postage issue and not their problem and that I would have to sort it out with the USPS and Australia Post myself.

I contacted Australia Post who advised me that if it was a postage issue it is up to the seller to deal with the matter (despite armynavydeals.com telling me that I had to contact USPS and Aus Post).

I then tried to get my money returned via paypal - however as I had already waited 3 weeks to receive my items in the first place and was then directed to wait another 30 days to wait for the post office complaint to be handled I am now no longer able to file a complaint with paypal as paypal require a customer to make a complaint within 45 days of the item being paid for (how convienient for armynavydeals.com?)

As I am in Australia it is very difficult for me to make a complaint against this company - if anyone can offer advice as to who I can complain to, or how to instigate legal action against this company, I would really appreciate their help.

At no point have I been offered a refund or been sent the items that were missing from the original order and I am now being given the run around from armynavydeals.com.

I want my money back or the items i paid for!!!
