I hated Sears 10 years ago when I made the mistake of purchasing all my appliances from them. I have not shopped there since. Now when I need a part and assistance to install the part, they send the wrong part, wrong instruction sheet and give me the run around with phone numbers and websites to solve my problem. Still unsolved. Is the government running Sears? Sure does operate like the government. Piss poor customer service!
