I have a new Sears Washer Dryer. My Sears washer had failed twice in 11 months. When you report the problem, they first takeup to two weeks to send a repair peson to your home. Then another one week to get the part. Then another one to two weeks to have someone from Sears install the part. Sears sucks what can say, there not what they use to be.
