Customer service is a JOKE with these people. Scheduling service is a nightmare, they call and cancel, set up rescheduled times that they do not follow, they do not follow through on your complaints. It has been 5 weeks since first scheduled, I have missed two days work and have another "scheduled" service next week so will miss yet another day - and MAYBE my machine will finally get fixed? Not holding my breath and will avoid purchasing ANY sears product in the future. Awful, horrible experience!
